RLA has worked both directly for GRE and with their individual local partners including Greenlaw Partners (Northern & Southern CA), Bantry Holdings (Los Angeles), CIP Real Estate (Southern CA, North Carolina and Las Vegas) and Means-Knaus Partners (Texas, CA & CO). Duties include comprehensive acquisition due diligence, underwriting, lease abstracting, asset management and valuation reporting.
